The Britcher/Ngo family enjoyed skiing for three days including Christmas Day.

Due to the fire hazard, fireworks are illegal in Stanislaus National Forest. So, the best you get is 3 guys in a boat in the middle of a lake lighting off big sparklers. Still, hundreds of people will come out to cheer them on!

The Houston Phan bro's joined the Britchers for an epic ski weekend at Bear Valley California. The trip coincided with the back half of an "atmospheric river" storm that wreaked havoc on California and dumped 57 inches of new snow on Bear, bringing their season total to just over 31 feet. The weather made for some challenging drives and a lot of snow blower operation at the cabin. Tons of powder made for more difficult skiing, but fun was had by all. Aunt Thuy made her debut on the slopes and, with the help of a great ski instructor, was looking pretty good by afternoon.

After Easter Mass we headed to Yosemite. Enjoyed Monday there in light rain.
